Important Party Information

  • A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking. Advanced reservations are required.
  • Online reservations can be made up to 48 hours prior to desired party date. If less than 48 hours, please call 630-953-7860 X 109.
  • Effective Monday, 2/28/22, masks are not required for entry to our facility, however they are strongly encouraged while inside.
  • There is a fee of $8 each for non-package guests, but to accommodate parents each party will receive two extra seats for free. Non-Package guests that paid $8 will receive a $10 Game Card.
  • No refunds for cancellations or changes made less than 72 hours preceding your party date.
  • Your 1 1/2 hours of reserved table usage begins “promptly” on the hour of your scheduled party time, and will not be extended for late arrivals.
  • Food orders are submitted within the first 15 minutes of the scheduled start time in order to maximize your table time.
  • Late Arrival/No Show Policy: Parties arriving late will forfeit their table in the party room and party deposit.
  • SUPER SIZE UPGRADE: UNLIMITED Attractions are valid for up to 3 hours from end of reserved table time. Attractions included are: Go-Karts, Laser Tag, Miniature Golf, Bumper Cars, Catapult Ride and Quest II Adventure Playland.
  • The reloadable FUN CARD will include attraction tickets and game play. All prize tickets won are stored on the FUN CARD. Register your card to avoid loss of game play and tickets.
  • Personal checks are not accepted.
  • Tax and gratuity are not included in package price.
  • No outside food or beverage is permitted. Reserved parties may bring in a cake or cupcakes.
  • Packages, prices and hours of operation are subject to change without notice.
