  • A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking. Advanced reservations are required.
  • Online reservations can be made up to 48 hours prior to desired party date. If less than 48 hours, please call 630-953-7860 X 100.
  • There is a fee of $8 each for non-package guests, but to accommodate parents each party will receive two extra seats for free. Non-Package guests that paid $8 will receive a $10 Game Card.
  • No refunds for cancellations or changes made less than 72 hours preceding your party date.
  • Your 1 1/2 hours of reserved table usage begins “promptly” on the hour of your scheduled party time, and will not be extended for late arrivals.
  • Food orders are submitted within the first 15 minutes of the scheduled start time in order to maximize your table time.
  • Late Arrival/No Show Policy: Parties arriving late will forfeit their table in the party room and party deposit.
  • SUPER SIZE UPGRADE: UNLIMITED Attractions are valid for up to 3 hours from end of reserved table time. Attractions included are: Go-Karts, Laser Tag, Miniature Golf, Bumper Cars, Catapult Thrill Ride and Quest II Adventure Playland.
  • The reloadable FUN CARD will include attraction tickets and game play. All prize tickets won are stored on the FUN CARD. Register your card to avoid loss of game play and tickets.
  • Personal checks are not accepted.
  • Tax and gratuity are not included in package price.
  • No outside food or beverage is permitted. Reserved parties may bring in a cake or cupcakes.

What’s the minimum number of guests to get the party package rate?

All birthday packages require a minimum of 10 paid guests. See package description for details.

Yes. A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking your reservation. Cash and major credit cards are accepted forms of payment. Reservations made by phone – or online – require a credit card. Sorry, no personal checks are accepted.

There is an $8 charge for all non-package party guests seated with your party but you will receive two extra seats at no fee. However, a $10 Game Card will be provided for each non-package guest.

Party tables come with a colorful table cover, birthday centerpiece for the table and birthday paper plates and cups. Balloon bouquets are available at additional cost. Guests are welcome to bring in their own birthday paper goods.

Birthday parties with an advanced reservation may bring their own birthday cake. We do provide birthday candles.  No other outside food may be brought in unless it is due to a medical condition such as a serious food allergy (i.e. gluten allergy). Please call at least one week prior to your party date if you need to make special arrangements. Snacks, ice cream, chips, etc. are not permitted.

Parties are scheduled on the hour. During your 1 ½ hours of reserved table time (which begins at your scheduled party time) you will be served pizza and pop, you may enjoy birthday cake and open presents. Following your table time, your guests may spend unlimited time in the entertainment center.

No. Other than a birthday cake, we do not allow any outside food. If you have guests with dietary restrictions, such as allergies, and need to make special arrangement please contact the restaurant manager.

Yes. We offer a variety of menu items other than pizzas.  Our menu includes a variety of sandwiches served with fries, salads, etc. Visit our Restaurant page to view a copy of our dining menu.

You must be on a reserved birthday party package in order to bring in a cake and presents. Due to seating limitations, we are not able to accommodate “walk-in” birthday parties. Advanced reservations are required for all birthday parties so that we can provide the best birthday experience for you and your guests.

Unfortunately, we are not able to store personal belongings.  We recommend, and will assist you, in bringing these items to your car for safe-keeping.
